The National Museum of the American Indian. The George Gustav Heye Center, Alexander Hamilton U.S. Custom House, One Bowling Green, adjacent to the northeast corner of Battery Park. 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily; Thursdays until 8 p.m. Here, you can watch films, shows and performances; you'll enjoy music and dance; you'll take tours and attend talks and lectures, reviews, craft workshops and demonstrations. You can learn the basics of each practical spoken language (in fact, you can probably find any language you're interested in learning, here) by signing up at www. bbc.co.uk/languages You'll receive weekly emails from an instructor along with lessons and learning exercises. Some classes continue as long as 12 weeks.
